I lead design teams and collaborate with cross-functional partners to transform brand visions into reality—steering projects from concept all the way through to in-store launch. Below are select examples showcasing this collaborative journey and the creative results.
Hearth & Hand with Magnolia
As Design Director for Hearth & Hand with Magnolia, I’ve led the brand’s evolution beyond its Modern Farmhouse origins into a more design-forward, emotionally resonant space—all while honoring Joanna’s original vision. I work closely with the Magnolia team in Waco, immersing myself in Jo’s personal aesthetic and passions to translate them into elevated seasonal assortments and timeless home collections.
My strategic and creative leadership has contributed to Hearth & Hand surpassing $1B in total sales, with consistent year-over-year growth in guest loyalty and category share. From concept to execution, I guide a team committed to delivering moments that feel deeply personal, joyful, and inspiring.
Our work has also expanded the brand through exclusive national collaborations with iconic partners including Samsung Frame TV, Breville, KitchenAid, Hasbro, Stanley, and most recently, Owala. And this holiday season? Something extra magical is on its way.
Threshold with Studio McGee
Threshold with Studio McGee’s distinct vision brings approachable sophistication to everyday living—and through close collaboration with Shea McGee’s team, I help translate that vision into collections that feel both aspirational and attainable. My work is rooted in honoring Shea’s aesthetic while pushing our guest toward more elevated, design-forward choices.
Together, we’ve created a brand experience that’s not only inspiring, but remarkably accessible—making refined interiors feel within reach for millions of Target guests.
Pillowfort x Christian Robinson
One of my first projects at Target was bringing the Pillowfort x Christian Robinson limited-time home collection to life—Target’s only kids-focused design collaboration to date. Working with Christian, a beloved author and illustrator in our home, was both personally meaningful and creatively inspiring.
Together, we transformed his joyful, inclusive world into a collection that feels timeless and full of heart—designed to spark imagination and foster connection for kids and families everywhere.
BP x Alex Costa
This exclusive partnership with influencer Alex Costa centered on creating a capsule wardrobe of elevated essentials at accessible price points. As Design Director, I collaborated closely with Alex to design and develop the line, ensuring every piece reflected his vision and resonated with his audience.
Beyond product, I partnered cross-functionally with teams across branding, store experience, and digital marketing to deliver a cohesive, end-to-end brand moment.
BP. x Alex Costa became one of Nordstrom Made’s most successful men’s collaborations to date, driving strong engagement and new customer acquisition in the men’s space.
Treasure & Bond
From 2015 to 2019, I led design and development for the launch and growth of Treasure & Bond Men’s at Nordstrom. During that time, I helped grow the brand from $20.9M to $60.5M in annual sales by expanding the assortment, refining the aesthetic, and aligning closely with evolving guest needs.
As a brand rooted in giving back, Treasure & Bond donated 2.5% of all sales to organizations supporting youth empowerment—making every purchase part of something bigger.
Spring 2021 Concept Work for Nordstrom Kidswear
Tasked with reimagining Nordstrom Kidswear, I led early concept development for the Spring 2021 assortment. Below are a selection of mood boards and ideation that shaped the creative direction—infusing the line with a sense of fun, optimism, and modern style to better connect with both kids and parents.
Grow With Me
I led the design and technical teams in developing a collection of elevated infant basics engineered with adjustable features—allowing each garment to fit across three sizes. This thoughtful approach extended wearability, increased value for our guests, and supported more sustainable shopping habits for young families.
